Rock and blues musician Diesel has been on the Australian music scene for more than 30 years. He is a six time ARIA Award winner and has also released successful albums under his birth name – Mark Lizotte.
Born Mark Denis Lizotte, but better known for his music released under Diesel or band Johnny Diesel & the Injectors, Diesel is a talented guitarist and singer-songwriter who also plays drums, percussion and keyboards. He’s released a string of successful albums over the course of his 30 year career and won 6 ARIA Aria Awards including with three for ‘Best Male Artist’ in 1993, 1994 and 1995.
